Advanced Inventory - Android install (no Play Store required)

1. On your phone (Chrome), open the shared APK link:
   https://drive.google.com/file/d/16006gLfiQJAd-2nKR65TtJ6OA8GpMXxC/view?usp=sharing
   (Admin: replace this link when you upload a new APK to Drive.)

2. Tap Download.

3. If Android blocks install:
   - Tap Settings on that message
   - Allow installs from Chrome (or Files / Drive)
   - Go back and open the APK to install

4. Sign in with the same email as the web app:
   https://inventory.advancedinv.com/

Updates: replace the Drive file (or new link) and reinstall.

Play Store is optional later - not required for your team.
