Advanced Inventory

Get started

A short path from zero to a working inventory. Use the web app first; install desktop or Android when you want them.

  1. Open the web app and create an account (or accept an invite from a teammate).
  2. Create an inventory (for example Shop). Add a second for Truck if you track stock on vehicles.
  3. Add folders and items, or import a CSV when you’re ready.
  4. Invite your team under Team. They’ll get email from @advancedinv.com when invites are configured.
  5. Optionally install Windows or Android with the same login.
